Login into vCenter server and go to > Configuration > Under software > Advanced Settings >
1. DataMover : DataMoverAcceleratedMove : 1 means enable
Now Need to check ATS
Under advance settings > vmfs3 > VMFS.HardwareAcceleratedLocking : 1 means enable

# esxcli system settings advanced list -o /DataMover/HardwareAcceleratedMove
How many LUN are supporting this VAAI or not
# esxcli storage core device vaai status get
