Go to host- > configuration-> N/Wing-> properties of switch-> select vSwitch & Edit-> by default its 120 Ports but you can extend upto 4088 max in your vSwitch.
You can increase or decrease MTU (Max transmission unit) by default its 1500. Recommendations do not touch MTU setting.
